The Nature of our mind is obscured  by clouds of thoughts and emotions until a master directly points out the source, the essence, the "heart drop". This is the method of direct introduction to Dzogchen, the highest and most subtle path of meditation in the Bön tradition.

Heart Drops of Dharmakaya - Kunzang Nyingtik, composed by Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen is a complete Dzogchen manual from the ancient Yungdrung Bön tradition. It is a powerful and practical instructional text, which cuts to the heart of the Dzogchen practice including preliminary practices, the practice of trekchö, the practice of thögal and bardo, and phowa practices. Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen, a great Tibetan scholar and Dzogchen master  who achieved the rainbow body in 1934. Shardza Rinpoche was one of the most influential Bön teachers of his time, who gave teachings to students of other schools of Tibetan buddhism as well. His works are used as textbooks in many Tibetan monasteries.

During this course Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche will teach the essential Dzogchen instructions on Treckchö practices.The teaching is in English. This course is open to everyone interested in the Dzogchen meditation.

Ven. Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche has been the abbot of the Triten Norbutse Monastery since 2001. He teaches widely in Europe, South-America and the USA. His teaching style is renowned for its great clarity and depth.
